The role of a Behavior Technician is to use the skills learned through training to help improve the daily lives of our clients. A background in ABA is preferred and all behavior technicians will be trained and guided to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Therapists are trained to implement individualized therapeutic programming to children in 1:1 environments within clinical and/or community settings. Therapists participate in a training protocol that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills development, and data collection techniques applicable to our client’s needs.
