The client calls our main office to gain more information. A BCBA will return your call within 1-2 business days to provide an overview of our services, answer all questions, and provide you with an application form.
Once we have received the completed application, potential financial costs and insurance coverage is detailed to the client. If you choose to proceed, an initial consultation will be scheduled for you to meet with your treatment team. During the initial consultation, we will determine if an evaluation is needed prior to beginning treatment.
When it is time to begin services, we will walk you through the process of coming in for an evaluation and/ or treatment. We take extra care to ensure that this is a seamless process that feels good to both you and your child.
