Dr. Catriona Cullum

Dr. Catriona Cullum is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education and her Ph.D. in Education Psychology from the University of Houston. Dr. Cullum is the Clinical Director for our Katy location and has worked with Dr. Gerald Harris since 1999. Her work in behavior analysis has included work in schools, in-home settings, private workshop consultations, and clinic based settings. Catriona is passionate about finding the most effective interventions for children and helping each child reach their potential.

Applied Behavior Analysis:

  • Applied intervention and research within various populations with behavior
    difficulties, including autism and emotional disorders.
  • Study of application to difficulties in children of all populations

Autism Spectrum Disorders:

  • Diagnosis of young children
  • Development, application, and evaluation of individualized behavioral treatment
    methods
  • Research into various treatment methods including chelation and pharmacological
    intervention
  • Interaction between intelligence, adaptive functioning, language, and stereotypic
    behaviors

Special Education:

  • Development and application of effective treatment in the public school system
  • Generalization of skills to the school environment
  • Study and implementation of training of teachers and professionals in schools
