The role of a Behavior Technician is to use the skills learned through training to help improve the daily lives of our clients. A background in ABA is preferred and all behavior technicians will be trained and guided to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
As our clinics continue to grow and expand services, we are looking to supervise BCBA interns or help foster the development of new BCBAs. Duties may include: Learning client programming, running social groups, scheduling, maintaining daily clinic functioning, ensuring therapists are with assigned clients and ensuring checklists are being completed daily. Most importantly, ensuring the clinic runs well on a daily basis.
